Hi, infra18. We'd like to verify this. Is the camera link to NVR? If it is, try to install the NVR Player first. You need to do network map for you to install the player. The video compression formats for the NVR are H.264/MJPEG/MPEG-4. After saving the AVI files to your NVR, you could export and view those files on your computer. However, exporting the video file will also export the NVRPlayer and NVRCheck.
