I too have over a dozen WVC80N's at several locations and have suffered all of the frustration of others on this forum. I have one set of cameras which the e-mail feature has worked perfectly for years and the other two locations I have, they have not worked at all. I will be trying the solution posted above as soon as I can. However, one should not have to use a borrowed IP address to make these work. Cisco should address the problem. They have been avoiding and not acknowlaging this for years. The only difference between the cameras I have that work and those that don't is that the ones that work are connected to a Cisco wireless router and the ones that don't are connected to other makes.
