Re: WVC80N - View video gives a "Video for other platform/OS" after a few days - reboot fi

I am getting worried as it seems like video is out and reboot won't solver it now. 

 

Here is what I am seeing:

* I can get to settings and all that fine

* I can NOT view the video from the web site or from http://192.168... directly

* When I can't view the video, then motion detections are not tripping or sending emails so it seems camera video is not working (not just web site or something like that)

* I upgrade firmware using the file from above reply -- the firmware version number has not changed ... still showing V1.0.01 Build 00

* I have rebooted the modem (Comcast) and router (Linksys 1200)

* I have rebooted the camera again

* It has been working just fine for literally years (had some hiccups here and there but video has always been solid) ... maybe it is just broken or something

 

Just the past week, it works then I can't get to video (get to all other settings) ... just shows the classic message "Video for other platform /OS". When I got that, I would reboot the camera and the video would work fine. Now reboot isn't solving it.

 

Hmmm ... maybe it just has gone belly up ande I need to look into getting something else.
