There could be some settings on the router that your cameras were not able to recognize, redsurf. Try doing a factory reset and configure the wireless cameras again. Simply press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds, which is located at the side panel of the Linksys camera. Make sure that the fixed IP address set on the camera is within the IP address range of the router. You can also set it to automatic DHCP and reserve the IP address provided by the router.
In addition, ensure that the wireless camera has an up to date firmware. Changing the router's wireless channel will also help get other devices connect automatically. Channel 9 works for me.
